We asked for your best rate to exchange U.S dollars for Euros this past Tuesday August 23 at the Fairway mall with our Continental preferred client card. We ended up paying 4% which is far higher than our bank. Very disappointed and upset when you say we guarantee the best rates. Did you take advantage of us based on being seniors ? Michael Catsburg.

Emma kept changing the rates when throughout the purchase. At first she called $40 lower on the exchange rate to foreign currency but kept increasing the price when I said that's not what it shows on the website and the exchange rates on internet. She said that that's the best she can do and they're trying to be competitive to other markets on waterloo" after first calling for 367000 korean won then later increasing it to 407000 korean won to be received. I could've lost almost 40 dollars right there!"

Go to your bank instead!We reserved Costa Rican Colons more than 2 weeks in advance of our trip, They ordered us Mexican Pesos in error even though we typed Costa Rican Colons" in the Description

I ordered Mexican pezos, they told me they would be in at the end of the week. That's fine, I needed them by the following Friday.On the following Tuesday they still hadn't called, so I called them. They told me they would be in either Wednesday or Thursday and that they would give me a call when they came in.On the Thursday (the day before I need them) they called me to tell me they won't be getting them in.

Marnie at Fairway mall in Kitchener was fantastic, was very polite and went beyond to help me as I reached out from Collingwood to this location because the service I was getting from Barrie store was ridiculous. Will definitely deal with Marnie in the future.

This place does NOT have better rates than the banks, td bank has a much better cad to mxn rate, Almost 1 peso per dollar difference, Always check prices in different institutions.
