Excellent service. The staff were patient and knowledgeable. They actually drove with us to the sofa bed factory and let us test out everything available. Delivery and installation was on time and efficient. The sofa bed are excellent and we are very satisfied.

I was really excited about this couch at first, but once I received it, I was extremely disappointed. The couch itself looks great, but it is extremely uncomfortable!!! The foam cushions are super thin and low quality.. it’s definitely not worth the price of $600+.In addition, the day after I received it, I messaged the seller regarding the 7 day money back guarantee (which was clearly indicated in the ad). The seller then went on to add a totally new stipulation indicating that the “original packaging” was required in order to get the full refund. This packaging included the massive box the entire couch came in. Even after I told him that I had the bubble wrap but didn’t keep the box (because it was never indicated in the ad, on the website or at the time of purchase that the box was needed for the refund), the seller continued to argue with me. They were very rude and being passive aggressive with me. After going back and forth, the seller just stopped responding! Wouldn’t answer any calls either. Went the whole 7-days without a response. This was extremely unprofessional service!!!! Unbelievable for a company that is supposed to be reliable and trustworthy.Do yourself a favour and buy a much better quality couch from a different company, who will be far more professional and trustworthy than this. The “7-day money back guarantee” is a lie and seems like a scam!

You can not find the same quality, same price for the related products in any other online stores or furniture showrooms in Canada. I got something pretty fancy from LALAGO. Like the creative and beautiful nightstand - it can charge my phone, play music, and light embeds.

Customer service is great, they sell good quality furniture, mattresses, plus lots more other things. I bought couple mattresses, Good price and very comfortable to sleep on. I will definitely buy from then again.
