Mark completed an inspection on an acreage in Hudson Bay, SK for us prior to purchase. The price was very reasonable including the travel cost. He walked us through the property when he was done his inspection and showed us all of the issues found. He also provided us with a full written report that included tons of pictures. He was punctual, thorough, and an excellent communicator. We are very satisfied with the inspection completed.

Currently I live in BC and am looking to purchase a home in SK.
