worse customer service i ever had. its government funded so they don't want to help. talked to Amanda on phone regarding translation. very unprofessional and not willing to help. told right away that i am not eligible without even listening. will never go there

This organization is really helpful to new immigrants, students, and those who are applying for PR/Citizenship. They have a lot of advisors that specializes in different fields. They make sure your questions are answered and they call you back if they are busy/you leave a voicemail.

I had very bad experience in this location,,,,,,I been while ago, few times , they waiting for clients, but this settlement office is not free of doing any paper works, example: NOTARY STAMP , OATH COMMISSIONER STAMP, etc etc, they charge money for each and every single paper $ 10.00 cash, and you need to bring all sets of photo copy Xerox, and doing nothing in office they talk very strict timing, even I heard from others to? Not happy at all.This settlement offices is non profit organization absolutely free , don't pay a single penny.In other location they don't charge money it's free for everythng, same like this settlement office is free of doing any paper works, example: NOTARY STAMP , OATH COMMISSIONER STAMP, preparing resume, finding jobs, cic paper works, making photo copy Xerox, etc..

Words cant express my gratitude to this organization, they are the absolute best, Bouchra I love her, she has overtime become a big sister to me, they care so much and will do everything to make you feel welcome and attend to you need as well as go above and beyond to see how they can help. Thank you for all the amazing work you do, especially when people are new in a place when you find it hard to get around or know where to go for service and things you need , this organization right here got you covered.
