I would not recommend this service to anyone. Based on my experience with them I suggest you book with another company.Here is my experience:I called this company on August 28th because I wanted to book a taxi to take me to the airport on Sunday September 1st. No one answered so I left a voicemessage asking them to call me. That evening someone called me back so I booked the pick up on the phone. When I got off the call saw I received a text that said Please text me." I texted the same details I gave on the phone which included the date

I live in Burlington and have been dealing with this company for 2 yrs now. Always responsive, professional and accountable. Even on short notice they have come through when I have been stuck (or my clients) are in a predicament. I would never call anywhere else. If you visit Toronto or live close in the GTA - trust me, put this company in your speed-dial. They will come through and a welcome car at the end of long travels.

September 2022 - Excellent service and response! I've used this service 5 times over the past few months (for Toronto and Hamilton airports pickup and departures). The service has been great. Clean vehicles; arrive on time, with friendly conversation as you wish. They are easy to reach by phone or text.

November 2022-A stress free service! We used this company for transportation to and from the airport and it was flawless. Pick ups were on time, vehicles were very clean and very nice and comfy, the drivers were professional and safe. They also kept in contact prior to pick up and once the plane landed. We had Harris on the way back and it was a pleasure chatting with him! We will absolutely use this company again.
