Called to make an appointment....couldn't see my pet for at least a month ...

The entire staff at HVS are just outstanding. Been taking my fur-babies to see Dr. Neil for years now and have always recieved the best care possible. From vet to techs to reception we always recieve a warm and caring welcome followed by top notch treatment. My senior dog has needed care for many ailments over the years, the level of care and compassion delivered by the staff is amazing. They always go above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of, they are all extremely knowledgeable and personable when it comes to caring for my children. With thorough explanations we never leave wondering, always fully informed in regards to my pet's health. They truly treat us like family and 10/10 reccomend this clinic. Thank you Neil and staff for all your excellent service. Paige, Ryder and myself are so grateful for all that you guys do for us.

Just did baby's with Santa on the weekend. Everything went smooth. No issues at all. Photogragher was patient to get good shots. Can't wait till I get the photos.

I have had pleasant experiences in the past but most recently I did not. When calling to inquire about an issue with my cat, they informed me it sounded like something that should be taken care of soon and in the same breath told me they had no availability for 3 weeks! I asked what I should do and I was told to start calling around to other places…my own vet told me to call around. Unacceptable! And the receptionist had very little compassion for my issue! I will not be returning back to a place that is supposed to care and be helpful when they were the complete opposite!

Recommend taking all your pets here ... the Staff and Dr. Neil Gowan are wonderful. My two labs love going for there check ups.

Had friends visiting from 2 1/2 hrs away. Their 11 week old puppy vomited and fell over. His eyes rolled back. We rushed him to this vet. No one would even look at him. Said they were too busy. We had to drive him to Hamilton. Disgusting treatment by place. The Hamilton vet came out to look at him right awY

I just recently started bringing my dog to this clinic. He has had 2 visits and a minor surgery removing an unwanted growth and I could not be happier! All the staff are amazing and Dr. Neil has been great. The pre and post surgery care has been spectacular. My dog is actually excited to come and see them! Thank you for all your help and the amazing care you have given Elijah.
