They were able to get me in to get our rental quite quickly, very friendly and quick service, and the car was clean when I picked it up.My only grievance would be that we were supposed to get winter tires and have the car delivered but ended up having to pick it up and got all-seasons, but they did offer to exchange if a car with winters became available.

Have always enjoyed deailing with this location (unlike another), staff very freindly and a pleasure to deal with. Only reason it's not a 5 star rating was the car, Kia enconomy. On a long trip the seats were VERY uncomfortable.

Thank you for the wonderful service. The level of professionalism, courtesy, and willfulness exceeded my expectation. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Chelsea. She was incredibly helpful in the transition of my previous Mazda 3 (tire burst due to a pothole) to another car of equal size with similar features. I have dealt with this location before and they were always willing to help to the best of their abilities. A profound thank you to Chelsea and the staff there. I look forward to future business with this branch.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I had a really great experience with my rental car through Enterprise at the Susie Lake location. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was promptly helped by a really great and knowledgeable staff. I was charged exactly what I was quoted (which in previous experiences hasn't always been the case). I was originally supposed to get a Volkswagen Jetta, but ended up with a very cute and fun red Kia Soul. Thanks for a great experience!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I was in an accident so my insurance company got me set up with Enterprise. It hadn’t been even 24hrs since I had the 2020 Jetta when it broke down on me. The tow truck driver that came to pick the car up informed me that not even a week ago he picked up the same car for the same issue. Even when I called enterprise to tell them what had happened all I mentioned was 2020 jetta and they knew exactly what I was talking about without getting my name. Being fresh out of an accident I was not expecting enterprise to give me a car that was not road safe. I’m extremely upset and dissatisfied with the service I received.

Super professional and caring staff and a wide variety of cars. This is the best enterprise brach in the entire Halifax. Staff take their job very seriously.
