The physiotherapy treatment by Caroline is excellent. Massage therapy by Jessica is relaxing and also geared to individual issues. My family and I have been coming here for a number of years for physiotherapy and massage, and the the treatments have been exceptional.

I won a gift certificate at the BOHC Christmas Dance and finally took the time to treat myself. Erin asked me what I needed worked on and all I wanted was to “relax”. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have been going for massage, physio, ART for 10+ years for various injury & surgery recoveries as well as day to day chronic joint/muscle issues. After completing the physio regimen for each unique injury I have been stronger and seldom had reoccurrences allowing me to stay active in sports as I approach 50.

Both my son and I have previously seen Jess for deep tissue massage and her professionalism, knowledge, experience and treatment was second to none. This experience was no different. My son is recovering from a sports injury and this was the first treatment Jess provided. She was very thorough in her assessment, she listened with intention, asked questions to understand and made suggestions all while looking at the big picture of his injury, treatment, prognosis and return to the sport he loves. Her initial treatment has already showed positive effects and my son is very confident in his return to his sport as a healthy, strong athlete. Thanks Jess!
