These guys were amazing. We had a tire blowout three days before Christmas. They were booked solid but in between bookings they managed to find us a compatible tire in the warehouse and put it on the rim. When we came to get the tire they had a few spare minutes and offered to switch out the tire and mount the spare for us. Super friendly, great customer service, and really fast same day repair.

After getting a flat tire on the highway in the evening on my Camaro, i had to tow it to a shop to repair because the car doesn't have a spare. Decided to try Fountain Tire because it was somewhat close to home aswell. The staff were very accommodating and were able to work my vehicle in without prior appointment. After the tire was ordered the next day it was installed and i picked up my vehicle. Overall great experience, professional and efficient service. Nice looking location too, if you have to sit around and wait there is a nice area to relax which is great. I would recommend this Fountain Tire and will come back for my work if needed.

My girlfriend brought her car in for a tire balance on November 28th, 2022 to Fountain Tire on Bow Trail and 37th. Efficient service, picked up a few hours later. Not 36 hours after, her first time driving the vehicle since the balance, the tire rapidly lost air and ripped to shreds on her morning commute. I purchased her these tires and had them mounted on the rims over 2 years prior, and never had an issue with them holding air- seemed like quite a coincidence that this happened after taking the tires and rims for some work at fountain.I brought the tire back to fountain and showed it to the active manager on duty. They immediately became defensive, and they told me that there was no possible way that the two incidences could be connected. When I suggested that maybe the bead seal had been broken during the process of balancing, she snapped explain how that could happen" in a condescending

We have used Fountain Tire as our go to neighborhood tire shop for years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Nick (the owner) is great to deal with. Pricing is reasonable and service is fantastic. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Whenever I have an issue - they always get it taken care of it so quickly and efficiently. Even if it’s just a weather issue - ie low tire pressure sensor for extreme cold. They just take care of it and I’m on my way. They’re so reliable! Always happy with their service.

I popped my tire right outside the shop, a gentlemen came out and quickly helped. Took off my tire and put on my spare in less then 5 minutes, he did not even charge me for anything. Have gotten tires from here before, overall great service and friendly staff would definitely recommend.

Trying to find time to switch out winter tires is always tricky but the guys at this Fountain Tire are awesome. Quick, clean service. I will definitely bring my car here again, and not just for a tire change, but an oil change as well, cheaper than the dealership I used" to go to...."

Nick at Fountain Tire was able to help me out with a nail in my tire. He went above and beyond any service I have received in the past. Not only did he order me a new tire immediately, he even took care of replacing my spare with the new one. This company offers exceptional customer service and I would highly, highly recommend to anyone!
