I was referred to this place by a few friends and I must say I am absolutely pleased with the timeliness of everything!! The communication was excellent from beginning to end. Initially thought this would be a good business to seek help from, given all the “great” reviews. After paying hundreds of dollars $$ for assistance with my father’s pardon/waiver, I have not heard any communication from this business! It has been OVER 2 YEARS of me trying to contact them, numerous times, and NO RESPONSE from them each and every time. Save your money and time, go elsewhere if you do not wanted to get ROBBED.

Initially great support provided, but after submitting and paying for my police check to be submitted, they didn’t respond to any emails, and were very unhelpful when called. Overall, very disappointing service. After 3 months, my police check has not arrived and I’m going to have to go through the entire process again with another company.

I came to this company in November 2022 to get assistance with a record suspension. I came to them with my police record check and fingerprints already completed, all I needed was for them to complete court information forms from a couple of different court houses. Very simple stuff. They said this would be easy for them to do and it would not take any longer then a few months to get the forms. It is now close to a year later and they still have not gotten any of the forms completed. Anytime I call I get a list of excuses that sound like alot of talk and no action, with the attitude of meh
