If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service experience. Stay the heck away from this company. My son went there today to inquire if they fixed air tools. The person behind the counter basically told them to get out. My son politely asked if he knew where he could get the tool fixed and again was told to get out.

I have been buying supplies here for 15 years. Always treated like an important customer no matter what I spend.Best price in the city for top quality fasteners. If you need parts for tools they sell they will have them in stock or order them in promptly. They are not the parts barn for old obsolete tools. Went above and beyond during the lockdown to ensure I got my supplies with no wait.

Scratched my truck door on a ‘pallet’ placed by Air Fast Ottawa to mark their parking spots.My fault I guess for parking near their business and not paying attention to wooden debris strewn about. Clean up your yard!

Their public information does not match their business practices. If it only happened once I would get it, but it's happened on a consistent basis in my experience. Please get it together, I'm use to be huge fan of and makes me think twice about going every time I need wood finishing supplies since I don't want to risk the disappointment :(
