I can't comment on their proficiency as doctors, but i do question their morals and ethics when they requested me to pay $35 for a procedure thaf was 100% covered by AHC.

I went to see Dr Zang today for my six weeks follow up after surgery that they book for me and when I talk when the lady that refused to give her name I ask her if my notice from the doctor saying I can't wear a mask was OK she said yes and she would see me at 1pm when I got there security was at the door greeting people as they walked in I got stop and was asked to put a mask on when I show them my paper they asked me where I was going and sent Mme on my way when I got to Dr Zango office they called security on my and I was asked to left the building

I love this place they take their time and work with you and get you back on your feet i would recommened it to anyone. I love the therapists and i love the girls out front they do a fantastic job i rate CBI as the highest rating you could possibly give them

Building is not hard to find. Lots of convenient offices and services in the area as usual. There is parking in the back, but the machine does not authorize any credit cards of any kind despite the instructions saying it takes all major cards. Make sure you have plenty of coins on hand. Always lots of parking available.

Not impressed with Janie at all. I lost my memory due to a siesue I had at home and another in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. My memory still has not fully come back but that was not a satisfactory reason to miss an appointment! I couldn't remember my name, my address etc but Janie felt I should have some how been able to remember her appointment! She should not be working in a health care environment! She should be fired! People who are in severe pain should not have to deal with that!

Just across the street from the Red Deer Hospital this three floor office building hosts a physio clinic, orthopedics, hearing testing, flower shop with cafe and a walk-in clinic with attached pharmacy. Can be a challenge to find parking during normal business hours.

I am so incredibly pleased with my decision to use Hearing Life. I had been trying for literally months to obtain them from another retailer when I heard about Hearing Life through social media.I got my aids very quickly and the audiologist Caroline Cripps was extremely friendly and helpful at a moments notice. I am very happy with the options I was provided with and would highly recommend Hearing Life to everyone!
