Honestly the least hassle and fuss I’ve dealt with from these rental companies and project management companies in Halifax. They were responsive, reasonable, and genuinely seem like nice people. I don’t get the money-hungry dollar first vibe all the other rental companies have in this city. Sure they have the standard checks and applications but their customer service makes the process fairly easy and doesn’t seem to place you on trial like some of these other companies do! would recommend to anyone looking to rent!
