They are very punctual, they do miracles, they are honest, their work is impeccable. Everyone I have recommended your shop to has been very satisfied.

Was in Montreal for work and had to have my screen replace due yo the backlight not working properly. Nice and friendly staff that fixed it in less than 2 hours. Cost was $200. Sadly it had glitches and started freezing a day later. They have a 1 year warranty. Since I wasn’t from town I used a old phone and went in when I was back in town 3 weeks later. Had to get them to look at it again and they fixed it promptly. This time 40 mins after it was fixed the phone stopped working completely. Could not even turn it on. I had to catch a flight and couldn’t take it back in again. After talking with the company they sent a box for me to mail it in to them from Toronto. A week later they did not give me an update. Had to inquire and they sent it back in to me. Didn’t love giving them my passcode and having to get the phone fixed 3 times when it should have been done right the first time. The warranty is good though if you live in the city.

The best of the best! Those guys are very talented, skilled, professional, confident and they can exactly tell you whether the device can be fixed or not based on their quick assessment. I had a problem with my iPhone that could not be turned on anymore. I went to Apple store and there was the catastrophe when they were not able to help me at all in any way (and hence, I discovered the customer support services offered by Apple store is very lame) and they had no option to offer me but to do a factory restore of the device and lose/erase all my personal data (I didn’t have any backup for the last three years!). I visited several iPhone repair shops but they were all useless and no one was able to fix it for me but Micro-Techo. They are very honest/transparent about the work/effort they spent or required to fix the device which is reflected in the cost with no attempt to take advantage of the situation or rip you off. Their prices are very good and reasonable for the service they offer to their clients. Thank you very much Micro-Techo team for the great work you do. Highly recommended!

Amazing service! Fast, high quality, and the phone is like new again. I had a broken glass for iPhone repaired in like 1.5 hour, and for a more rare Motorola phone they were able to order a replacement glass, and the next day they replaced it. I discovered them before pandemic and they still do great service. If you need to repair your phone, look no further.

I like their service. First, I scheduled an appointment online for a screen replacement for my phone. They called me the same day to tell me that they don't have my screen model right now, but they gave me an appointment a week after, so they can secure the stock. Later, they called me to confirm that the stock arrived. I got down there and left my phone, and went the next day to pick it up. The guys were very nice to me. The Quality of the screen replacement is also good. I haven't had any problems with it so far.

Came in today to fix a broken iPhone 11 Screen, they were super friendly, lightning speed fast (fixed in less than an hour) and very well priced. Highly recommend them !

I need to take two seconds to write this review because I am in total awe. I broke my Macbook Air Retina 2019 Screen and brought it to Apple. They quoted $975 to replace my screen and told me it would take a week or so. I was doing some research and came across this place and THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. This was, by far, the most amazing service I have ever received. A minute after I took an appointment online, they called me to confirm the appointment and told me I could pass by the day off to drop my laptop. They said it would take them two days, but it took them 2 HOURS to call me back. It was ready for pick up. I couldn't believe it. I also forgot to mentioned that they only charged me $460 (including taxes) for the screen repair. WOW. I have never received such top-tier service and I definitely want to recommend it to everyone. If you are looking for a trustable place, they will not disappoint. Thank you Micro-Techno for such an amazing service.

Fixed my iPad screen perfectly in 2 days. No problems. Make sure to bring your devices before 4:00 as that will shorten the wait!

Very easy to deal with. Micro-Techno was able to replace the cracked back glass of my iPhone in 3 hours.
