Awesome service. Very helpful and friendly staff. Regularly update me with my order. So pleased with my purchase.

As a first time customer, the store clerk was friendly, but also in a belittling way. This is not professional behavior, and I trust that this is not a pattern pursued with other customers.

I would give SiteOne on 56th Avenue in Langley 0 stars, if that was an option. Visited and purchased a yard of lava rock on Friday. The employee who is in charge of loading in the yard was extremely rude to me when I told him I was unable to put my tailgate up due to the bed liner (after having loaded my lava rock). I returned on Saturday to purchase another yard of lava rock and after paying, the same employee refused to give me my paid for order. I returned to the office and asked for a refund. I’ve supported this company for years and have never encountered a problem or such terrible customer service. I will never support SiteOne again! I proceeded to MEADOWS LANDSCAPE SUPPLY in Pitt Meadows and bought the same lava rock, had exceptional and friendly customer service and saved $80.00 on top of it all! If you’re looking for landscape supply I strongly recommend MEADOWS LANDSCAPE SUPPLY and avoid SiteOne as they have rude employees, poor customer service and inflated prices,

I used 1st site over a year ago to install our landscape plan at our new build. Some of the plants died and I have asked repeatedly for them to replace them. I call and text every month and they promise to replace them but they never do. So disappointing. If this review remains my plants have still not been replaced

Fantastic landscaping store. They sell professional quality products which would otherwise be unavailable at big box stores - Lesco, Hunter, FX lumiare, Turfex, etc. The Lesco seed and fertilizer that we got brought our yellowing lawn to a beautiful green. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. Will be returning in the future for fertilizers and other landscaping needs!

Good selection of products and good service, staff were polite and helpful. Bought some Lesco seed and fertilizer. All around good experience and will return in the future.

Older lady there was super rude and was talking down to me when I arrived right off the bat. She insinuated that I knew nothing about products when I had done my research and I was told different prices all over the map from their website to on the phone when I called before I arrived and when I talk to this lady and then she went and got mad at her coworker for using the wrong spreadsheet of prices that the other coworker used when I had called ahead of time they have zero customer service and I would never recommend anybody to visit this new location burnco was a much better place and had much better customer service

Excellent and very helpful, only needed a filter for my Rainbarrel drip system, prices were great and has everything you need for your home irrigation supplies
