Rupal Beauty Zone

Today I visited Rupal Beauty Zone to get a Brazilian done. I really want to thank and shine a light on Sarb as she was so patient and comforting. She could tell I was in some discomfort and really did help keep me calm and help me breathe through each strip. She is 10/10 recommended for new waxers or people with a lower pain tolerance!

I got my Eyebrows done here and it was an excellent job. She communicated with me to make sure I liked how she was fixing it instead or waiting for my opinion until the very end. The only reason I give it 4 star and not 5 is because it was a bit more on the pricer end.

I went in for a wax appointment today and I will not be going back. The lady seemed annoyed I was there from the very beginning even though I had an appointment. I told the esthetician I was going on vacation and I did not want anything in or around my bathing suit area. She spent 10 minutes and told me she was done to which I had to ask her to finish some areas because they were not taken care of. I also expressed I was alright with extra charges if it took longer, to which she was annoyed about. In the end I still have to go home and finish the job myself.Overall, unfriendly service and an incomplete job.Would not recommend.

Very good customer service and the service is amazing. I come to Rupal for my eyebrow and I have to say she is the best in the game she does them so quick and so painlessly. I would definitely recommend coming to this salon:)

Rupal is a master at brow threading. She make pain free and such a pleasant experience.U had my hair cut as well. No complaints. She understands her client and will advise accordingly.I would totally recommend her and her salon.

I wanted to get my head wash so I decided to go with Rupal beauty zone since it’s close to my house. Well, to start with the moment I stepped in the lady told me to wait even though I called before coming and I asked her if I have to book an appointment. I was told by one of the employees that for head wash you can walk in and we will assist you. So, after 10 minutes of wait Finally this girl washed my hair, well she was very sweet and gentle with her services plus she knew how to assist a customer. Once I explained that I want my hair to look a little curly, and instead of the regular dryer I would prefer diffuser since that make it look a little curly.The proper process to use the diffuser is basically to put in the gel/hair cream and then just use your hands first to give them a little curve and afterwards use the diffuser.None of them actually knew how to do the process and even after telling them few time that I gotta go to a birthday party, I was told by the owner itself that the lady who does that have a customer ATM and she’ll be with you in 15-29 minutes since being an owner she didn’t know how to use the diffuser, which is bizarre..Well…. I called before coming and even though I told them several times that I gotta go, they still made me wait for another 10 minutes and I kept looking at each one of them just to make sure that they’re aware of me because They were busy doing make up and hair and they had staff but they were so UNTRAINED that they didn’t even know how to use the brush at all. I was very disappointed and I was panicking since I was already late . The girl started using the diffuser and she did not even put the gel/hair cream AT ALL. she didn’t know how to use the diffuser at all and she was hurting my head, I Decided not to use the diffuser since I was so ANNOYED WITH HER. I told them that I will go with the regular hair dry since I was running outta time. They used the round brush and the lady who was doing it for me didn’t even know how to style the curtain bangs even after telling her that I need them to look a little bouncy. Very unprofessional staff and untrained. They don’t know the basics at all and half of them were just standing and just chilling as if they don’t see the customers waiting. I was very disappointed and the money she charged me was actually not worth the services she provided. $45 dollars for a blow dry ? Wow, if you really have that high standard’s please hire someone professional for your services and be respectful to other’s time and NEEDS. since, customer satisfaction should be your primary concern.

I’ve never loved my eyebrows as much as when I got them first done by Rupal. She is so talented and knows what she’s doing. I’m now a forever client and will make the drive to go see her!
