Always a great experience. Excellent doctor looking after my husbands issues with his eyes. We are thankful we have an amazing place to go to that’s 1/2 hr from our home. It’s quite the assembly line but everyone works hard to get us out in 2 hrs or less. Thx for all your hard work.

Be prepared to wait 2+ hours as this is a very busy location.After seeing the doctor, I was asked to book a follow up appointment before leaving. Lined up to do so, only to be told that the calendar was not available and I would have to call back closer to the date.All personnel are friendly and competent however patience is definitely required at this facility.

Appointment went smoothly and surprisingly did not have to wait long.One issue though is that this time they had me go there twice in a matter of a couple days. First time just to get some 2 tests done, and a 2nd for more tests and actual consult.This is unlike my previous time there couple years before when they only had me go there once.

This is the first time we've visited the new location for an appointment with Dr. Mills. This location is much more efficiently operated and therefore a much faster and stress free experience.Dr. Mills is the best and my husband and I are so very grateful and blessed to have been referred to him. I find Dr. Mills to be kind, compassionate, funny and he always takes the time to listen and answer any questions you might have.The staff are all top notch, as well, and very pleasant and efficient in their work.Amazing experience all around!

Today was the day for my contact lenses training appointment after weeks of waiting. I showed up, but they didn’t know where the contact lenses were because “the lady responsible for contact lenses” was not there, and they didn’t have anyone else who knew! Extremely disappointed after having a good initial impression about this place.

My eye sight is a lot better as a result of the surgery. This makes me super excited as my vision was deteriorating quickly. My biggest feedback would be for the team of nurses and doctors to slow down cone surgery time. I didn’t have my medication given via my IV when I was placed in the operating room and literally had 5 people pounce on me. The light was blinding and my eye was being wedged open, a covering was being put on my other eye while a pillow was being placed under my legs. It was all too fast and unnerving. The other issue remains with their mask policy. There is no need for masks any longer. Hospitals don’t require them and yet this clinic does. The COCHRANE study has proven that masks did not and do not protect people from Covid or any other respiratory illness. The clinic mandate needs to end for patients and employees alike.

The service I received was truly outstanding. From the front desk staff to the technicians and doctor, they all greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ondhia is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to address all of my concerns to provide me with the best possible diagnosis. A truly wonderful experience!

This place is amazing. The doctor and the technician are very good. My father in low has an appointment every 12 weeks and the technician who helps us every time name Wena is the most helpful and kindest person. She is so patient with everyone. She always smile and calm all patients. We love coming to this place.

Attentive, detailed and courteous. Everything about the Prism Eye Institute is professional, modern and patient focused. Had tests run with little to no waiting. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because when it came time to see the doctor, I sat in the exam room for at least 20 minutes. This timing though was expected as the appointment information clearly stated how long I would be there and they were right on with their timing. Certainly a more pleasant experience than what I've come to expect from similar specialists at other facilities.

the appointment was for my aunt, I drove her and I was her translator. We arrived 25 minutes late, the very nice assistant tried to fit us in. She went to the office several time, then she went personally to the other side where they prepare you for the doctor appointment. She was able to fit us in. The staff very nice and helpful. The doctor is very nice and caring as always.
