Went to get some metal for a small project. The guy assisting me Mark was very helpful and patient. I felt bad for being indecisive but he was cool with that and you could tell in his body language. Another guy briefly assisted me but I didn't get his name he was great too. Mark's name was on my invoice that's how I learned. While I waited there I observed them all (unintentionally) and them all were enjoying their work. Great job you all and thank you.

Terrible staff. Call there just to hear some irritating loser in the background telling some trashy story that the woman I’m on the line waiting for answers is obviously listening to. Also it took a few minutes to go through because the woman was obviously listening to the office story that the staff is literally ignoring customers to hear. Bunch of losers.

I come here occasionally and nearly always have a positive experience. Today I was helped by Riley. He made all my requested cuts very accurately and even wiped the pieces down and wrapped them together.I also appreciate that the employees were all wearing masks properly and that customers weren't allowed in the store.
