Hello,There are 2 floors, one of it is dedicated to vine with a good choice of it. Also, you can find a good scotch here.The staff sometimes don't know all the answers (they didn't try all products), but they are really nice.I can advise this place.

This SAQ has a great gin selection, also very nice wine selection on the second floor but lacking California wines. I would give it a 5 star if the California red selection would be a little more wide. Overall you will have a pleasant visit on this 2 floor flagship store.

Need to work on their customer service skills. Hardest thing is to find some one for help, and once you find them, they don’t care at all.Also find it funny that I didn’t see anyone at the front door cleaning the baskets during this pandemic, like all stores are required to do.

First of All sorry but i have nothing great to say but a traumatizing experience today. Here's the full story. My partner and I were out of our house since 9am, going to the gym, fetching groceries from 4 different stores around montreal coz they dont have the ingredients we were looking for to bake my special bun. We also ate out for lunch and we ended up buying liquors at SAQ at this location. To make it short, we're very tired. Here's what happened at this store. They detained my partner in their store stating he's a thief and called a police. A human can make mistakes because he forgot to pay. When he was asked, he said he forgot and he said sorry but instead they didnt slide it through. The case was handled very poorly and i never thought this would happen to fellow canadians. Based on my personal opinion, regardless if it wasnt partner, you have no right to detain someone who just made a small mistake for freakin $50. (He didnt even try to run away). He was going to pay but insisted he's a criminal. What an eye awakening for me to move to Quebec. Very harsh. It's traumatizing that it escalated to get a police just for a simple mistake. My partner felt ashamed, traumatized, nervous, depressed and i felt the same way too. Take note he never was involved in any crime and this is a very small mistake. Now he has to go through court process for this? What a hassle? You may have 4.6 reviews but let's see about now. Poor management. I would never buy at this branch.

Great wine cellar selection. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. If you're a fan of wine, I recommend heading to the second floor, it'll make you happy.

Like any SAQ, the selection varies from decent to great. This location usually leans towards the great side. The five stars goes to the people that generally work here, they are not only helpful but are also kind and generous. Cheesy, I know.
