My grouchy 15 year old Pom-Poo is handled with so much care and love at Fluffy Puppies - I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere for her grooming. + they offer boarding, daycare & training classes!

We took our shihpoo puppy here for the first time today for a full groom. The staff (Diana and Jelissa) were very friendly and helpful. They showed us around and made us feel very welcome. When they took our puppy to the back room to get bathed and trimmed, we felt very comfortable leaving our puppy in their hands. When we came back after 1 1/2 hours, we fell in love with her look!! She looked absolutely amazing! We trust the staff very much, and would come back anytime. We can definitely recommend this grooming salon!!!

Angel loves her new style, they were nice to me, the groomer was so gentle and told me Angel was on her best behavior, I love this place :D 100% recommendable. Great staff, amazing atmosphere.

How lucky are we to have such a wonderful daycare in Aurora. The love and care our pets receive at Fluffy is heartwarming. I leave knowing that my pet is in extremely good care. She cannot wait to go and see everyone. The staff are amazing. Thank you for being so caring.

Brought our 2 puppies here for their first ever daycare session and were really pleased with the service. The staff went above and beyond to help me figure out if my dogs had all the required shots, etc. The price for daycare was really reasonable. I love the webcam feature. Every time we checked in on our dogs, a staff member was in the play area playing with them. We also saw them cuddling and petting them, it made us feel comfortable and showed us the staff member actually likes dogs and likes their job.

The groomer was very nice and did a great job. I was VERY take. Back when I was asked to pay $79 for a 12-14 lbs dog to get a grooming. I have never paid more than $50 for him. He was just groomed less than 3 months ago. I am new to Aurora and thought I would support locally.When I questioned the amount the lady at front desk said they start with the smallest dogs at $55. Well maybe change your website as it clearly says it starts at $40.As nice as your staff and service was I will not return for those inflated prices.

When I called to make my appointment, I was told one price ($40) for a bath and brush out with nail trim. My wife dropped of my dog, and again was told the same price. The price is clearly listed on website.When I went to pick up my dog, I could hear banging from behind the groomer's closed door. I was then given my dog, but was told that her neck would be sensitive. When I asked why, I was told well you know".The cashier then proceeded to charge me $60 plus tax. When I asked why it was more
