Truly amazing service from such wonderful owners! Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to them. Honesty: I was priced and it was exactly that. Nothing sideways about it, and completely transparent. Punctuality: I received my car back a whole day before it was due. Availability: I had an estimate done on Friday and they took my car in on Monday (my preference). Had it back Wednesday night. They stayed past their opening times/came back explicitly just to make it convenient for me to pick up and drop off. They made sure my car spent the nights in the garage, safe and sound. Nothing but breathtaking things to say, except for a million thank yous over and over again. I would recommend Louis to anyone and everyone. There is a reason the biggest dealers in Montreal deal with DSP. I am lucky they also deal with smaller clients. Thank you a million times over. What a beautiful business! Makes us proud to have small businesses like this in Montreal! A glowing review fit for a tremendous business.
