Rudest barber I've ever been to.I called, and they said they only take walk-ins, fair enough...So I show up for a walk-in. The lady looks at me, frowns, says nothing, and then turns back to cutting hair.She then rudely tells her client in the chair to be quiet so she can cut his hair.I waited for 10 minutes, she still didn't say anything to me.I eventually gave up and even THEN she didn't say anything to me on my way out.Do yourselves a favour and go around the corner to the guys at Bear Barbers. They are MUCH MUCH friendlier and you can book appointments online.

Thought that I would find a new place in Maple Ridge to cut my hair so I gave them a call, and ask them what the average wait times would be for a haircut on a Saturday afternoon or weather I needed an appointment?She told me she wasn't a mind reader and that she couldn't answer the question" which I get but I felt that the person who answered my call had an attitude that I didn't much care for. I guess I won't be going there for a haircut! You'd figure a place that has been in business for over 10 years would have better interest in training for customer service. I'm not saying that they don't have great service beyond the front doors

Hey! I tried for the first time, and 2 weeks later I'm vert pleased. The haircut was very good, and the barber would chat, or not, my choice. I like that. Didn't take long, and the prices are great. I do prefer appointments, but I've only been once, so I'll see how it works with drop in. But, 5 stars for me!

I had long hair for the past 20 years and hadn't required the services of a barber in that time. I chose this place because it reminded me of barber shops I had frequented when I was younger, and it delivered the experience for which I had hoped. If you're looking for an old-fashioned barber shop experience in Maple Ridge this is your place.

I am very particular about my hair cuts and have difficulty finding someone that meets my standards. Once Kandace figured out what I was looking for she gave me exactly what I wanted and repeats it without fail every time I go back, which I have been doing for years now!

So so happy.. was taken care of with very super short notice even though they were short staffed and swamped...Was awesome to come out of the barber shop with a new look and feeling like a million bucks and not charged a million bucks.... thanks Ryan and looking forward to stating and supporting local
