I contacted Bowest Appliances for a washer and dryer for our affordable housing building. We needed something big and sturdy for our staff and residents and the new LG washer and dryer exceeded our expectations! Thank you for partnering with us and providing these appliances, we love them! Also good to note, they offer personal assistance and contact less delivery should you need it during this pandemic. I went into the store today to get a part for a REALLY OLD range. They did not have the part in stock, but Savannah was able to find one for me in a local warehouse, unlike the 2 other places I tried first. If I need more parts (or more likely a new range) I will be coming back here first.Thanks for the great service, Savanah.

We went to the opening in bowness. It was out of our very limited budget. They directed us to their Barlow location where they sold us a wonderful used dryer in our price range. We were in and out in a good amount of time and new used dryer works great. Thanks Casey.

Purchased a fridge in 2019 and had issues with it on Saturday (December 10th). Called Bowest appliances for assistance and was told it was not worth coming out to assess, it was most likely a repair so expensive that purchasing a new fridge was the most economical way to go. Trusting their advice that’s what we did. New fridge was delivered and old one taken away. Technician dropped it off without ensuring that the new fridge worked which it did not. Turns out it was actually the electrical socket that was faulty. So we were pressured to purchase a new fridge unnecessarily and paid an electrician to assess and fix the real issue. When contacted, Bowest appliances told me that was not any of their problem. Extremely dishonest and unwilling to accept any responsibility on their part.
