Scott was great! As first time home buyers, We had a ton of questions. Scott took the time to thoroughly answer each and every one. He walked us through his whole process, what he was looking for and gave maintenance tip. He also let us know what to look out for on our roof, furnace and water heater to help us know that they are reaching the end of their life. He really made us feel comfortable with our new purchase. Highly recommend!

Scott did a great job inspecting the house and finding all kinds of details that we would have never thought to check ourselves. He explained everything as he went and helped us to understand different options we had to remediate any issues. We really appreciate the 3D images of the house and floor plan as well!

We met Scott from Pillar To Post at the house that we are buying, he did an extremely fantastic job, he was very thorough and allowed my husband to walk through with him Scott explain things to my husband and I he went from roof to basement, he also has a link on his web page that allows you to see pictures and explain everything he found, Scott was very professional very kind. I would definitely recommend Pillar To Post to any of my family and friends

Scott Docter was my inspector. He was able to get out to the house a day and a half after reaching out. He was very thorough and diligent at checking all things. I arrived about halfway through the inspection and he welcomed all my questions as I followed him around the house. He spent time explaining what he was seeing and why it was important. He provided a thorough printed report at the end with photos and descriptions and talked through any last questions I had. They also provide 360 photos of the home. Definitely would recommend!
