Good service. They performed a repair to my laptop and sourced a new power cable. Cindy was great. Even gave my laptop a good cleaning.

These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Everything you want in a mechanic you want in your tech support, these guys have it. Sadly, my son's laptop was beyond repair, but Paul gave me some advice for future purchases.

Let’s talk about Cindy and JBJ! First and foremost, I work in the customer service business, where the answer is always yes! Now what’s the question?. I am in town on holidays and was in desperate need of a special document to be printed, with limited computer access I could not do this myself. I decided my best bet was to call a computer company thinking they would have the latest technology to open and scan my document. So I called this company, and without hesitation, she stepped right up, welcomed me in, dropped what she was doing, and did everything I asked. The service here is over the top, genuine, and personal! ..and they would have my FULL recommendation for any of your computer or customer services needs, no questions asked. Thanks so much!

I did a stupid thing and used a cleaner on my Mac monitor. It was all cloudy and I thought I was gonna have to replace it for really big bucks. I phoned JBJ and they said to bring it down. They said there would be no charge. Cindy brought out a special cloth and brought it back to life in a couple of minutes. It looked brand new. A big weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Now that is service! If I never need help again, I only need to make one phone call and that’s to JBJ. Thanks a million Cindy.

The staff are so helpful with those who do not understand the workings of computers. They can solve a problem in no time flat. I have bought all my electronics from them and have always been satisfied and happy!
