I had a bad experience at this hotel and am disappointed with their unprofessional services. The room was not inspected before my arrival, and no one was available to address the technical issue throughout the night. I had a difficult night at the hotel, and the receptionist had insufficient authority to decide during crises. The room problem caused me to lose valuable time for sightseeing in Rimouski, and in the morning, no one knew what I experienced; it made me super sad!! I hope the hotel management takes the necessary steps to improve their services. The irresponsibility and unhelpful attitude of the supervisor the next day was something I had never seen before in any other hotel. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service was genuinely disappointing.

I enjoyed my short stay in this hotel. The staff were pleasant, the room was well equipped and clean. We ate at the restaurant and the food was very good. The hotel is situated along a very beautiful waterfront. The sunset was spectacular.

Hot tub not hot at all and you cannot adjust the heat. Yet there is a shower beside it that allows you to put the heat up 3 times the hot tub. No towels available in the hot tub room. Booked as 5 people in our room yet towels and linens for 2 only. 3 keys for room and only 1 worked. Went to desk and asked for working keys. Then the 2 that didn't work were good and the one that had worked didn't. Restaurant, too expensive for the menu. Should have more choices for kids as well.

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They gave us a room that had not been cleaned, so as imagined, hair on the floor (from various areas), shower was still wet, bed was slept in, basically it was filthy. They couldn’t offer us another room so they gave us cleaning products to clean it ourselves, and the lady at the reception desk gave us new sheets. I wouldn’t stay here again even if they paid me. Although the help from the receptionist was much appreciated, it is not acceptable for management to tell her to deal with it and help the PAYING customer clean the room. They did not accept my request for a full reimbursement, they reduced the charge by 50%. In my opinion, that’s not enough for our inconvenience. The rooms are also very noisy, pillows are uncomfortable. Washrooms are not very private with the sliding glass door. Overall not an enjoyable stay. Basically felt like it was an IKEA version of a room; “clean it yourself”. Have gotten way better service at 2 and 3 star hotels.

Decent, clean rooms with nice showers, comfortable enough beds, and decent noise insulation, free wi-fi and all of this at a reasonable price. While you won't be wowed by anything special, you won't be disappointed either!They also have 4 EV chargers (home charger speeds) available to their customers, 2 for Tesla and 2 generic.Staff is always courteous and professional.There's also a nice spa just across the street.

Google says 3 stars but there are 4 stars on the exterior of the hotel. Big parking, clean room, good location. It was definitely an upgrade from sleeping in tents for days prior.

No sound proofing whatsoever. Walls feel like they’re paper thin, I could hear the couple in the room beside me having a normal voice level conversation a 4am while getting ready to leave. You can also clearly hear people walk and chatting in the hallway. So I did not slept well at all and after talking with other hotel guess, they mostly had the same issues.

Be careful if you book on hotels.com, they promised we booked a water view, but had not told the hotel. The hotel was fine - nothing special but clean and comfortable. I do think the water views on the web site are very over blown as it is not really on the water. But, it is close enough to enjoy a morning walk along the river walk. So, good enough when passing through, but was not anything super special.

Nice hotel. Good service. Fantastic location.
