Truly customer- and solution-oriented! Penta Plumbing reconfigured the pipes for our new washing machine, plus they diagnosed and corrected an error made by the installers. The plumbers were punctual, polite, tidy, and respectful of our request for COVID-19 physical-distancing. Highly recommended.

I provided detail when I booked the service call, my request was ignored with the scheduled call. The company cancelled 2 dates and put me off. WHEN the plumber arrived HE WAS illequipped to handle the request and didnt bring the requested items for the job. .as unprofessional as possible...the service technician was obviously out of his depth, didn't listen to my explanation and was about to repeat a procedure which had already been tried and failed, furthermore he argued with me so i phoned the company while he was here they backed me but then told him they didn't???? How's that??? For service!!!The leak was directly related to the dripping taps and that is why I requested the taps be fixed as step 1. The taps have since been repaired by another plumber and thus has resolved the leak.You told me you would send we easher/cartridge to repair taps and you didn't...that is why I complained...I spent.an extended time describing the situation to you on the phone and explained get together we were facing a problem and that i had already reached step 1 in attempting to solve the problem. As out turned out I was correct and by stopping the drip we stopped the leak. My complaint was that you ignored my input and failed to perform the task requested.

I am so happy with choosing Penta Plumbing for the construction of my apartment. I gave him a copy of the blueprints; he inspected the job site and two days later; I got his price.His crew was very knowledgeable, HONEST, polite, friendly, and super cautious of their cleanliness. For a matter of fact, I have used them on two other jobs during my construction period.I will use them if ever needed again and will for sure be speaking their praises to friends and family.

I had a number of small tasks in our 90 year old home and the technician quickly recognized that what I generally wanted was to reduce the risk of water damage. Rather than sell me on unnecessary work, he spent time providing me advice on what was and wasn't worth doing and recommending things I could do myself. And, yes, he also did good work on the tasks that were indeed worth paying for. A friend recommended them and I'm happy to do the same.

We had a very complex plumbing problem. Our shower base is antique and cast cement and there was a leak in the base pipe. Other plumbers did not want to do the job as it was too complicated. Andrew Penta stepped up to the challenge and did a lot of research and found the special rare part that would fix our Fiat shower issue including the complicated installation instructions. I had a couple of different plumbing issues and being a new home owner and a woman I was hoping to find a plumber I could trust.I ended up calling Penta Plumbing based on a lot of good reviews I found online, saying how trust worthy and capable Andrew Della Penta is.Andrew and his colleague were both very professional and patient - listening to my concerns and answering any questions I had.Both plumbing issues were quickly and perfectly fixed and the invoice ended up being less than I thought I might have to pay (having never hired a plumber before, and hearing horror stories, I was a bit concerned what the final bill would be).I am extremely happy with the work, so I will definitely hire Andrew again in the future and will recommend him to friends and family!

I contracted Penta Plumbing for all my plumbing needs for a new home build. It was the best decision I made on the whole project.Andrew and his team of qualified dedicated plumbing professionals took care of everything for me and more. Early in the project he recommended I replace the 50+ year old sanitary service and water system. As it happened I had my excavator on site digging the trench to install underground hydro lines. Andrew said he would come that same week to do the sanitary service and water systems if the excavator dug the trench. This saved me months and $$ and kept the project on track.This is just one example of Andrew going out of his way to keep the project moving.Andrew’s team installed all the plumbing fixtures and helped out with recommendations on products and suppliers.His team were very polite and clean (did not walk around with dirty boots once flooring was installed).On top of all this his pricing was very reasonable and was one of the few vendors that did not change his quote after the project started.I will use Penta plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend them.Thanks Andrew & Team!!

Penta Plumbing came to my house to install a new shower base during my recent renovations. As with most jobs it turned out to be much more challenging that it first appeared. Andrew and Jason were excellent, did the work to a very high standard and cleaned the area better than when they arrived. I recommend them very highly.
