Lisa helped us plan our vacation to Cancun in February 2023. She went above and beyond our expectations to get us the resort we wanted at the price we wanted. She contacted the resort prior to our arrival to arrange an oceanfront room - it was fantastic! Although we could have booked a resort ourselves online, we had the peace of mind knowing that we could count on Lisa if there were any issues.
