I initially came to Gridrax looking for help with my Vinmill disc cleaning machine. I was not having much luck trying other avenues.I dealt with Antoinette and found her to be friendly, polite, professional and attentive to my needs. She went out of her way to help me solve my issue and within a couple of weeks my problem was taken care of! have used Gridrax a few times since then and I am very pleased with the products and service that I have received.
