Canada post should really update this information.Small information for other customers. This office is inside a Shoppers Drug Mart. To check the operating hours of Canada Post, check shoppers working hours. If you need to call Canada post, call Shoppers instead and they have an extension for the Canada Post.

All they do is just track your package by your tracking number and handover the customer service number, absolutely nothing that you cannot do by yourself.

I live in an appointment and have gotten calls from the delivery guy saying that they want to leave the package downstairs and I should come and get it. I selected front door because I have a baby. A lot of the time they will just leave a notice for me to pick up the package. They won't bother calling. Sometimes they won't even leave a delivery notice. You never know what will happen with these guys.

Very bad customer service and rude employees. My package didn’t get to where it needed to be and it was returned back to me with everything inside of it damaged. Sure, they can cover the items that were damaged, but what about the 90$ I paid to ship it?

Good service. Remember to pack your stuff before you ship it. The post office is inside the shopper's drug mart.

No delivery notice ,went in, told me to come back tomorrow. Come back tomorrow. Told me my package is out for delivery again for some reason but it’s canceled because of storms. It’s cloudy out. No rain. Come back tomorrow. I come back the next day. told me they don’t know where my package is or when it’s coming . I call amazon and ask for a refund. Amazon calls Canada post and finds my package in 3 minutes. It is now magically st the Canada post facility I just visited. Just save your time buy a plane ticket and pick up your delivery yourself

First they lost my passport with the tracking no.PG 576518451CA last week.. after that for other package I gave my work address so, that this not happen but again marked deliver without giving me information. Again don’t get it.Poor service, zero responsibility.

personally, despite the comments, I've had 0 issues with this post office so far. I just print my packing labels and package my parcels at home and drop them off for delivery. easy. simple.

Joke of a company can’t enter apartment buildings that are open 24/7. Takes money for delivery to make you pickup your items. Should be reported to BBB for fraud
