Dropped by the Fairmont Optical to get contact lenses and the manager was super friendly. When I ordered and picked up the lenses he also helped me with the rebate! I have never had opticals giving me this option. Super nice and will be a returning client :)

My partner and I got total 3 pairs of eyeglasses from fairmont optical. We like their services a lot, always friendly and helpful. Their price is not too pricey either! Of course if you choose designer branded frames that’s a different story. They have a decent selection of frames at reasonable rates. I’d recommend them to everyone who needs a pair of good yet not too expensive eyeglasses!

My son and I were in Vancouver on a brief dental visit.While we were there, I contacted Fairmont Optical about short notice sets of glasses.I was referred to an excellent ophthalmologist by Fairmont at Evergreen Optometry.After this excellent recommendation for short notice eye exam, we went back to Fairmont for 3 pairs of glasses after the eye appointment.A first pair of glasses for the boy and 2 pairs relensed with my new prescription.Fairmont was very good helping my son select his first pair and was able to accommodate me with my very specific requests.I got a set of Transitions XtraActive lenses, lightweight and a pair of polarized sunglasses. The boy got a nice set of frames and standard transition lenses.Given my custom lenses, we weren't able to get them made in our very short stay, but Fairmont was very good about arranging shipping to my remote location. The glasses were made and shipped in a very reasonable amount of time.Overall, very happy with my experience with Fairmount Optical.

My sister has always been a customer of Fairmont so I decided to get my new glasses with her this time. The store is nothing fancy but the service we received were warm and professional. The elder gentleman who did sight test for us (I am guessing the owner?) kindly adjusted my new glasses for me a week after picking it up when I found the frame to be a little loose. He graciously invited us to come back and have the glasses adjusted again should the fit still feels off. Thank you for everything!

Had the best experience getting contact lenses here! They were one of the only places I could find that actually had stock in my prescription in my preferred brand, and were able to help me very quickly. Emil, who helped me, was extremely helpful and gave the best level of service. I will be buying all my contacts here moving forward.

I went here to get progressives. After going to a couple other places. One was crazy expensive. One did not have a good selection of frames, and I was tired of wearing the same as everyone else so I ended up here.The prices at Fairmont fell in the middle but their frame selection was amazing. I could have bought 4 pairs but I ended up getting two. The frames were amazing quality, Light weight but durable. It's impressive the technology of the material that has improved since I last bought glasses. I play a lot of sports so these glasses were perfect for me.Also the prices were not bad and worth the quality. The glasses arrived and fit and looked great. The service was helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend.Love my new glasses

Great friendly service and prices. They had an uncommon sunglass I wanted and polarized them for cheap and in only a couple hours. So glad I went here if I need any other glasses this is sure to be where I'll go. :)
