Had an appointment to get an iPhone battery replaced. Went and the lady said let me see if I have the part in stock (booked the appointment a week in advance and I had to confirm it earlier in the day) she said she didn’t have the part and it would take 2-3 days to get in. In the mean time I would get a loaner. She said it’s just how apple works.I called a different company and they told me I could stop in right now and get it done they have the part in store.
