Out of stockOut of stockOut of stockLike seriously, what does this store even carry and how is it possible that EVERY SINGLE ITEM that I am looking for is out of stock??UPDATE: Lowe's had it all. Looked again at HD for another item and guess what?OUT OF STOCK.Blinds, range hoods, you name it they do ot have it. Will never shop at another HD ever again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Id recommend taking the drive to the city rather then going here.Tried to buy some tools that are behind a locked cabinet. Asked the tool attendant sitting at his desk if I could get a tool. His response and I quote his exact words Go find someone else I am busy with someone else" then proceeded to chuckle as I walked away. What an ignorant comment! if my employee talked to a customer that wants to spend money at my store like that I wouldn't tolerate it! Not to mention there was no one else in the tool section so am I supposed to go get someone from Plumbing that doesn't have access???? correct answer should have been yes no problem I'll just be a couple mins here or I'll call someone over to get that for you. Being turned off from his ignorance I figured I'd rather go elsewhere that my money would be appreciated. As I was leaving figured you know lets mention it to customer service

I am truly impressed with two of the associates in the store that saved me from a very expensive plumber at nearly 250.00 per hour for emergency service call . Bob in the plumbing department and Darcy in the equipment rental department told me step by step how to un freeze the pipes in my modular home!! Using the industrial propane heater and the heat tape for the pipes, but Bob had simply said that he would try to use a heat gun on the supply line and open the tap ! Which was the solution to the problem and the heat tape was the cure !! Wow I cannot say THANK YOU for the awesome advice and help . Its people like them that actually care and DO make a difference and others could aspire to become more like them again thanks for the great help

The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Every time we visit, someone greets us or asks if they can help us. They make our shopping experience more fun. We did some renos on the house last fall and always found everything we needed here at reasonable prices. We will always shop here for our home improvement stuff.

I ordered flooring that took forever to get there and short a box and a box was damaged. Wouldn't ship the missing ones, only give me credit. Why bother ordering. Next time I'll go somewhere else or order from amazon.They also said it was ready for pickup but had to wait forever for someone to find it.

Worse customer service ever. I called to get a price on carpet and ended up hanging up. You may want to train the folks answering your phones on customer service. Sorry home depot, this is your third strike i wont be back.

Worst home depot I've ever been to. It's worth the drive to go to the city to avoid this place. The staff don't care at all and if you ask for help it's like you're a huge inconvenience to them. Asked for help from a worker in the blinds department one day and they acted so incredibly rude and condescending towards me I left and won't return. Judging by a lot of other reviews stating the same, I'm not alone with boycotting this place.

I know, it's a big box store but it's close to where I live and it normally has everything I'm wanting for my projects, so I tend to go to this location. To me, it's an awesome place to shop if you are into woodworking. My wife loves this store too. Even she enjoys shopping here....lol..
