The sales people are incompetent and everything is $200 to $300 overpriced. Do your research, the same items online and in hardware stores are sold much cheaper. They don't tell you about their no return" policy until you buy something and it's defective."

Bought $650 worth of plumbing. The $40 shower head would not meet our requirements. They would not refund it. They have a no refund policy.

Had the perfect experience after meeting Laura at EMCO Ensuite. A leaking faucet caused the need to shop for a replacement. We needed to pick a faucet which lead to choosing a sink and couldn't have had the success we found without Laura's help. She was great at working with the two of us and showed us the faucet that we love but would have never thought to have tried otherwise. Any question we had she provided the answer, took us into the warehouse, printed information...we were walking out the door and she unexpectedly produced sink color samples for us to take home. I really can't say enough kind things about Laura, she was delightful and extremely helpful to both of us. We were only a small sale and she spent as much time as we wished with us. I would send anyone to her with absolute confidence that she will do her best for them. Laura absolutely deserves the five stars and our loyalty for spectacular and uncommon service! Thank you for helping us find the PERFECT pieces for our home!

This place was terrible to deal with from start to finish. Sales person was so hard to reach and kept forgetting to get back on quotes. Sold us several products that are useless - like low flow toilets that can barely flush a tissue down. Tubs that don’t have any space at all on the edge - would have been nice to see it in person so you’d know that or build niches in the showers. I asked for a contemporary square finish and saw a small B/w picture. If you know the products you should make customers aware of these things. They also sent one that was all scratched and damaged. Their prices are high and we didn’t get a lot of help when looking for something other than the small selection they have on the floor. If you don’t have months to wait for pricing I’d recommend going somewhere else. Their showroom is dated.

If you would like to email me I can try and help you out on what you were looking for.There was no one in the showroom, she was rude and uncooperative. She kept questioning what product I was looking for and insisting you didn’t have anything like that, complete with the eye roll. As a designer and someone who has purchased frequently from your store you can be assured I won’t be back. And Royal Flush was more than accommodating. I ended up with a 1500$ purchase yesterday.

Friendly and knowledgeable girls always willing to help and make sure you are well taken care of. I have been dealing with them for years and they're one of the better showrooms in Calgary service wise. The only reason they are not a five out five is sometimes stock is limited but that is out of their control.

I found everyone quite a pleasure to deal with. I have bought from them multiple times and everything has lived up to my expectations. I deal a lot with different suppliers and they are fantastic. Will bring my clients to them all the time as they take the time to find the right products. A+

Purchased a two-piece freestanding tub with a top portion that is placed in the skirt. We went into the showroom and physically looked at the piece and decided upon the version in the showroom that was fluted. When the delivery came and our plumber went to do the installation, it was discovered that a straight skirt was delivered. When asked why we received a product that we hadn't looked at or agreed upon, the response was that the straight one was the only one available in stock and since time was a factor that is what was sent. Even the picture in the product specifications on our order shows a fluted skirt. Certain decisions on the design of the bathroom were made with this fluted design in mind. Although they understand the frustration"
