These guys are the real deal! One of our vehicles had transmission repairs done a couple of years ago. Recently, it failed again and, as luck would have it, we were just two weeks outside the warranty expiry date while well under the kilometer limit. Eric stood tall and repaired the failure at NO COST!! I would instantly, highly recommend this company!! This kind of integrity is hard to find!

My transmission went and I was a complete wreck over it as it's a pricey repair that i was not prepared for and quotes I got from other shops were very high. Other shops I called could only could replace my broken transmission with a used transmission and no warranty so I didn't want to risk paying thousands and a year down the road it happen again. Eric was great explaining the process to me of rebuilding my transmission (and that they have a warranty and a payment plan!!) and helped calm me down when I thought I was going to be without a vehicle and no way to get to work. Now my car has never driven so good from the day I bought it. I can't thank you enough Eric! And I appreciate all your help soso much! Would give 100 stars if I could!!

I have known Eric and his crew for some time now. As a mechanic, I often come across difficult transmission related issues that get sent to him and resolved quickly and fairly priced. I just had Eric rebuild the transmission in my truck and I couldn’t believe how fairly priced the work was and the transmission shifts perfect now. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Eric at Mr.Transmission.

Eric and his techs were so good to me. I want to thank them. Eric just replaced my torque converter on my 2012 camry for the second time due to a faulty part. (torque converter) I went back to him after the initial converter install (about 5 months later) and I let him know the converter was acting up. He rediagnosed the vehicle and without hesitation said they would redo the job due to a bad torque converter under warranty. Job was done and Eric said that I did not owe him anything. Wow, what customer service. He definitely stands behind his work. The car is running great. I most definitely recommend Mister Transmission in St. Catharines. Thank you Eric!!!!

The service received at the shop was excellent however World class customer service would employ afternoon follow ups with customers when the car is there for multiple days so that customers don't have to call asking whats happening. Otherwise the staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable. Eric and John take the time to explain thing to me. I really like that
