Nice compact gas station with a decent number of pumps. The convienice store section is very small as expected. Due to the location it's typically a pain to fill up there. Staff are hit and miss.

If I could give no stars I would this is the worst gas station in Halifax they are rude they are uncaring they're ignorant and by far the worst people I've ever had to deal with I don't believe these people should even be in business they don't understand simple things and instead of trying to understand will just say no I have never had so many problems on multiple occasions at this gas station I have made complaints to the head office nothing ever seems to be done STAY AWAY at all costs there's a wonderful Irving just down the road and countless other petrol cans you can go to

I found the products I went for, via minimal general confusion. One confused staff member plays clear favouritism while also listening to some customers with her own intention to hear sarcasm where a genuine absence of sarcasm exists - then she subsequently blames would be customers for the sarcasm she injects into what would without her be straightforward communication. One straightforward staff member provides clear, accurate information with good guesses about unknowns in an acceptably timely manner, plus is friendly & polite.

usually where i would go to get my snacks or anenergy drink, but when i went today i was screamed at by the old woman for asking for bus change! how dare i spend nearly 4$ and give a 10$ bill and want coins back?! the woman was so unnecessarily rude. i could understand if i were trying to break a 50$ bill or if i weren't a PAYING CUSTOMER. but seriously. learn some customer service skills woman! lots of other places on quinpool to buy my snacks, see ya never!!!!!

There's a lack of room in Halifax for nice big gas stations, and this one is certainly compact. They do manage to squeeze a lot of pumps into a small area, but it's still chronically busy and the road access can be quite a road hazard to get in and out. Traffic in the area is often obscene. The store itself is tiny and shared with the autonomy shop next door. They have a limited selection of convenience store items. The staff there are very friendly though.

The guy working until 11 on Mod Oct 17th at the Quinpool store has made new hours. He decided to close the station and leave at 10:55. Could not do his job for another 5 minutes.

1 star is an insult to their service attitude. If you just refuel then you don't deserve to park in their parking lot. The rude woman didn't have a good attitude from the beginning and used disrespectful gestures to call customers to the front desk. If only in-store customers are allowed to park as described by the clerk, please add in store" to your guide"

Went in today and was treated very poorly by the middle aged, short haired lady working the cash. From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I walked out I was given the nastiest looks I’ve ever received. I’m not sure if it was because I had dirt on my clothes from working or if it’s because I’m a visible lesbian. What am sure of though is that I was extremely uncomfortable and I won’t be returning. Ever.
