Donna & Serena have the best service! I am new to working on bigger cross stitch projects so I had a few questions. I called Magic Hour Needlecrafts and Donna answered all my questions! After I had spoken to Donna, I was sure I wanted to place an order for my fabric at Magic Hour Needlecrafts. They had exactly what I needed and I got my fabric the very same day I ordered it. I actually also got a bit of extra fabric for the same price, as it was the last piece they had in stock. They even wrote me a hand written card. Such lovely and friendly service. I will definitely be going back!! :D

This shop was so lovely! The mother daughter duo were the sweetest and SO helpful! I am just looking to get into needlepoint and they took the time to sit with me, go over my project and help me to get all the supplies I need! They had everything I needed (and more!) for my project. I will definitely be back for my next project & all my needle work supplies!

Magic Hour Needlecrafts
I just received my order of all the DMC thread colors, and am so happy I found this shop!! I've been doing embroidery for about a year and cross stitch for probably 15 years, and have always wanted all the DMC colors. I was so excited to receive them, and everything was so well packaged and organized. This is a wonderful shop with excellent customer service!

Excellent quality products, and service! My delivered order was sent out the same day I placed it. It arrived in perfect condition, on time, and packed neatly and securely. Their fabric is absolutely wonderful quality, and they had all the colours of floss I needed. The value, customer service, and product selection are fantastic, and I will definitely be a returning customer. I’m so thrilled to have found this shop, it’s the best place for cross stitch supplies, hands down!

Wonderful supply center - has everything you need plus advice and suggestions. One thing I REALLY like is that all the pieces of fabric you order has all of the edges serged. SO much better than my old method of masking tape. Another is the speed at getting what you order and the offer of after-sale follow up if you have any problems. I did not experience any problem but it is nice to have that offer for on-line purchases.

We came to see the Falls and I found the most wonderful Cross-stitch shop. We walked from our hotel to Magic Hour Needlecrafts and I was complete amazed. The mother-daugher duo were delightful. Everything was organized, the offered great sales, the customer service was outstanding. The selection of dyed fabrics were beautiful! If you can't make it in person you can puchased online which I will be doing in the future. It was a great find. I will be back.
