Fantastic customer service! Delivered isopods to Alberta and after Canada Post messed up the delivery, Monarch Reptiles sent me more than I ordered to make up for it, even though it wasn't their fault. Extremely and sincerely friendly on the phone anytime I've contacted them. I've dealt with them a couple times now and will definitely go to them in the future.

A bunch of their cages don't even have hides. They keep iguanas in tiny enclosures. They tried charging me 130-150 crickets for the price of 250. I bought 100 wax worms counted them at home and there were roughly 60. At least they were good sized wax worms. Never coming again. No idea how it has 4.8 stars. Good representation of the reptile hobby. Can't even have hides for baby reptiles that have extremely high cortisol or whatever stress hormone reptiles have.

Doesn't return messages via email or via Kijjii. What's the point of posting ads and listing availability but not responding to inquiries?I ended up purchasing the same animals elsewhere (cost me an additional $90), but at least they have adequate communication skills.You get what you pay for.Update : They did not send a reply (not in my junk). Lieing is worse than not responding at all. Their kijii ads did not have a notice to respond via FB or email. Just passing the blame for their inadequate customer service.

Awesome place where they truly care about their animals. We bought 2 white tree frogs and the owner was super nice and patient with answering all our questions (and there were many). A couple pics of our babies now. :)

I have been buying snakes from Yan and Dawn for years and even participated in some successful breeding projects with them. Their reptiles are healthy and beautiful and they are fantastic people to buy from. Highly recommended!

Simply an amazing experience. From my first contact with Ian over the phone, to my actual visit to their location, I was impressed with Monarch Reptiles. Dawn and Ian are both very knowledgeable, implicated and responsible owners of this reptile store. You can really feel how much they care about their reptiles as well as their customers. I'm so glad I ended up meeting them both and I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking to buy or simply in need of information regarding reptiles. The prices are fair, the shop is very clean, well lit, and spacious. The enclosures are maintained with impressive clenliness and the reptiles all look in perfect health!
