Rick stands by everything he does, and he does a great job at it. You'll notice sometimes that they can get really busy during the day - there's a reason that people keep coming back. I've never been made to wait, even during pressing times when they're busy, yet I need a vehicle on the road for work. It's outstanding.

I requested a basic oil change. They said they changed filters (which I never authorized) and charged a bunch of labor for it. They also left my car outside with the window completely down and my seat was dirty.

Person was rude over the phone and refused to help or offer advice for a situation/quick fix. We're from out of town and mechanics are closed over the weekend.

If your looking for cheap cheap keep looking. If your looking for qualified quality repairs that keep you from coming back repeatedly for the same thing. This is the spot! No true'er could the phrase ya get what you pay for" apply to Rick and Felix. Top notch work! Thank you"

Don't recommend. Not a man of his word. Said he would call me back when he found my receipt. It's been months. Thanks again Mr Shaw.My brand new ball joints he installed didnt even last a year, in which i put on 23,000 km. I had the premium ones installed. I would hate to see the economy ones. What a joke.I won't have this problem again as I won't be back.

Poor phone etiquette. I dont care what other reviews say. With that type of etiquette im not bringing my vehicle here.The person there will talk over you and put blame on you as he cant handle stress well. Customer service probably worst ive ever seen in 15 years. Ive been to mechanics in USA(New york and Chicago), Ontario, and multiple in Manitoba. This guy needs a reality check. Stay far far away from this place.

The guy on the phone was sarcastic, which could be considered endearing to some, but - I can also see why most reviewers didn’t appreciate this kind of humour & opted out insteadAnyway - You wouldn’t “work for free” yet it literally costs you 0$ to lend me the charger I needed to get to your shop. I couldn’t care less tho, I’ll just go somewhere else - I even offered to leave my phone & ID but still no? Okay.Yes removing a battery is easy, but we’re into winter now & I’m not sitting outside & pulling out my battery for you, the mechanic - All so you can tell me it’s dead. I know it’s dead, that’s why I wanted it charged, so I could move it. It’s worked before in similar circumstances. Missed out on money. Your loss.

Charged to fix my vehicle over 1000 dollars. Got it back in the same condition. Had the whole motor replaced by a reliable mechanic for less then what they Charged me to not fix my vehicle. Staff doesn't seem very concerned about working when you go there.
