A great manager, Mike Orr - he is amazing as well as other staff members. Highly vouch for the store for vehicle renting.

They were great to call last minute when I needed an awd vehicle in the winter for work, very helpful indeed! Prices were also very good! Would use them again without hesitation!

I needed a car while our van got fixed. Mike picked me up from the garage. Doing paperwork, I learn my DL has been expired for a month! But Mike drives me to the registry & waits while I update DL. Ty so much to my angel of mercy! This is a locally-owned biz I recommend most highly. Thanks again Mike & company!!

Horrid customer service. The detailers stole my $200 Bluetooth speaker and when I confronted them about it....crickets....didn't know what I was talking about. Then they blacklisted me after this encounter. What garbage. These guys also own house of cars and autoworx tireland. Stay away from all three if you are smart.

Been renting here for several years they always welcome me and treat me like a valued customer. It's my go to for rental companies.

Amazing service and people. I use National for various business travel needs, they always go above and beyond to solve any problem or unquie circumstance I have related to my businesses complexity. They will also pick you up and bring you to their location prior to your rental.Really impressed by the service.

Trevor was excellent to deal with. The vehicle was very clean and everything was explained to me in detail. I had forgot my battery charger in the vehicle and Trevor promptly called me so I could pick it up. I will definitely rent from them in the future.

Really great place to rent from. Staff are friendly and always make sure to have vehicle ready. Management doesn't hesitate to help out with customers if a few people come in the door at the same time. During the winter, their cars usually have winter tires - almost a necessity for Canadian cars.

I had to do a last-minute car rental with National (Lethbridge airport location). I was really concerned that if our flight arrived late, I would might miss them. (The airport location has limited hours.) I called and asked what happened if our flight was late, and Mike assured me that whatever time we arrived, whoever was at the desk would wait until the flight arrived. When I arrived the next day (on time!), Trevor was working at the desk. This man was born for customer service. He was so genuinely friendly and helpful. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all so kindly and patiently. I'd never driven a keyless car before, and he took the time to explain everything I needed to know. Plus he gave me a free upgrade, which was a dream to drive! When I returned my car a week later (the desk was closed, so I parked the car and returned the keys in the drop box), I received an invoice later that day for an extra $500 due to damage. Yikes! Needless to say, I was really worried. The next morning, I went to their other location and spoke to a man named Taylor. He explained to me that a staff member had checked the car and hadn't realized that the damage had already been there. So the $500 was going to be refunded back to my credit card later that day. Anyhow, since I was there, Taylor did it immediately, and gave me the updated paperwork. He was so nice and friendly. Everyone I encountered at National had exceptionally good customer service skills. I will definitely use them again the next time I need a rental car! :)
