If you want to tweak your design, they are very accommodating & professional in their services.Jake even sent us out some leather patch hats that we felt required further adjusting and he immediately replaced them free of charge. The new hats he sent us are superb and folks often purchase them purely based on their aesthetics & not the affiliation to our company.Exceptional service is often hard to find these days, Jake & SDP take me back to a time when customer relations were utmost priority.We will certainly be contracting Sausage Dog in the future for a our merchandising & promotional needs.Please support this small business.----
