He was recommended to me by a colleague at work, and I can confidently say that he is the most patient and transparent individual I have ever dealt with. I drove an hour and a half to Rally VW to get service rather than Saskatoon VW (where I live). The staff at Rally have been very friendly, they weren’t rude like the Saskatoon VW staff, and I’d actually continue coming here for my future service needs.They have a waiting area, and I don’t mind waiting while my car is serviced. I don’t have any other reason to come to PA, but the trip is worth it for my car. Customer service goes a long way, and I have a memory like an elephant when I’ve received poor service.

Claude provides excellent service. Fair pricing. Service department friendly and competent. Now 4 months later brought my vehicle to my local repair shop for service. Included is a 75 point inspection. It passed with flying colors. Still very impressed with my purchase. Great place to by a used vehicle.

Recently bought myself a Nissan Micra and they were so awesome and got me a vehicle i love. There was a couple of issues but i talled tp my sales rep jason and they booked it in and got everything fixed up at no expense to me. Thank you for everything

My wife and I really appreciated the excellent service we received from Rally. Louis took good care of us, answered all of our questions, and even provided a personal video of the vehicle we were interested in. When we got to Rally to check out the vehicle and take it for a test drive, we found Louis and the rest of staff to be friendly and welcoming. They even took care of some last minute requests we had. We would definitely recommend Rally when you're looking for your next vehicle.

I just recently purchased a 2023 VW Atlas. My entire experience with the Rally team was amazing!!! Claude is very straightforward and easy to deal with. Both Claude and Dan were very helpful and did everything they could to make my buying experience excellent. After my purchase I received several texts and phone calls just to congratulate me on my new purchase and also to say that they were available anytime to answer any questions that may arise with driving a new vehicle. Claude also went through every detail of the vehicle explaining all the features and how to operate them. I can say I have felt well cared for by everyone at Rally and I am so happy with my Atlas. It’s been amazing! I’m definitely a VW fan for good!!!

Great experience with the service department. Dale was pleasant to work with keeping me updated throughout my vehicles fixing. Parts took forever to arrive (not their fault) however they were quick to get the job done upon arrival.5 stars for Dale and Glen
