Very poor customer service skills. Did not get impression that they cared about my purchase or if I was satisfied. Equipement needed service on first day of ownership. Will not do business with this place again.

Prices are though the roof !!! 4 champion spark plugs cost $50 that is triple the price for anywhere else. The customer service is at an all time low, I will no longing be buying my parts for Reis.

Poor customer care and same costly problems recurring every time with the tractor. When I email the manager to complain about it he sent me a not so nice return email, calling me a fake because I didn't include my invoice number in the email. I just want my tractor back in working order I was left no other chose than to take my tractor someplace else to be repaired.

Very poor attitude and customer service. I received the wrong information and parts on my first visit. When I calmly and politely returned (a 20 minute drive) to exchange the parts I never even got an apology.

Sales guys never ever answer their phones so what's the point of having them? Nobody at the dealer knows what they have in the yard and the guys that do don't actually work at the store.... Interesting business plan Delta... Wasn't that much better as Reis but atleast they had a salesman in the building

Burnett's turned to Ries a long history with them over 50 years it should tell you something. Great service excellent counter service and help very knowledgeable starting at the front desk down. Thanks to Wayne and counter staff keep up the great work
