I heard great things about this place from a friend and decided to check it out. Wow! What a hidden gem! My experience was amazing from beginning to end. The owner Renee is friendly, welcoming, and has great knowledge about wigs (and hair in general). She was instrumental in recommending a wig that was perfect for me and high quality! The store is also elegantly laid out, classy, and has a nice modern/cozy feel. I would recommend GlamWigs to anyone who is really serious about elevating their look. So happy I decided to check it out and will definitely be back!

I had the most amazing experience here!I wasn’t very confident when i walked in,By the time I left I felt a whole new woman!Renee is amazing and super nice!She has such a selection of wigsAnd so many other things !She knows what she’s doing and I am so happy I came in! Incredible, magical, and amazing!!I can't say enough great things about Renee and her shop. Renee is passionate, respectful, non-judgemental, knowledgeable, and she listens to your needs.I lost a lot of hair because of trauma and I felt embarrassed about my hair loss. Renee, made me feel safe and accepted. She spent time with me, and held space for me, to choose the wig that i felt most comfortable with. I chose two wigs and fell in love with both of them! This is overdue. Renee has been super helpful to us but, more importantly, she is expert at what she does and she genuinely cares. I get a warm feeling when I think of her. She is a very good person. She has clients for life in us. Also, you're not going to find quality like that in any wig shop in Calgary. She is simply the best. I had been wasting my money elsewhere but no more. Thanks Renee.

Well..... Words DO NOT do this review justice! Renee is the owner of Glam Wigs this is a fact! But she is not just that she definitely goes far and beyond as a business owner. I had been searching for YEARS to try and find alternative hair that felt like my own hair. As I have lived with Alopecia since I was a teen. Lots of places I would search to find the perfect hair either in Calgary or online. And unfortunately they were NOT at all what I wanted or desired. Until I Googled HUMAN HAIR WIGS Calgary! And came upon GLAM WIGS here in Calgary! So I first gave her a call to see if it was even worth going to see her. I explained everything to Renee and she so patiently listened to my story. And that in itself was very uplifting for me to have. I knew right away she was going too be the right person to help me with my journey. She without a doubt wants to help and make you feel beautiful.She has so much knowledge in this industry with human hair wigs! Renee understands how you as a woman for whatever reasons you may have of wanting or needing alternative hair are she totally gets it! And I have not even mentioned the quality of her inventory! FREAKIN Beautiful! Any color any style she offers all look like dare I use the quote Maybe She's Born With It"!!I now have 6 GORGEOUS GIRLS from her and NOT once has anyone ever thought I was not born with this gorgeous mane on my head! I have found my forever wig retailer. I was so nervous, anxious and not even sure what to expect when I made my appointment with Renée. She was so welcoming and understanding from the first interaction. I was so pleased to meet a very happy returning customer who is suffering from the same experiences as I am with alopecia related loss when I arrived to had nothing but beautiful things to say.Renée not only finds you the wig meant for you, fits you, but she also held incredible space for me to be nervous, ask a million questions - that she answered fully and offered tips and suggestions.She assured me I would understand everything I needed to before I left with my new custom baby when it arrives! I’ve been dying to switch up my look but have no idea how to set a wig or what to do so I really appreciated the whole experience from beginning to end and I’m excited to purchase more wigs in the future. I love how natural it looks!
