Robert has been amazing right from the initial contact. We needed attention immediately on a Saturday morning. He provided great customer service requesting some detail and arranged a site inspection to confirm the details the following morning. Parts were ordered and he made it back to our home in 1 day to replace our chimney sleeve and bring things up to code. Despite the time.. he and his partner continued until it was completed. Thanks to Rob and his team.. our family now has a proper chimney sleeve and a new hot water tank running! Great service and highly recommended!

We called Kerr's Chimney Care based on a referral we had received and dealt with Rob. We had a small flood in the basement and thought the chimney may be the issue as we have a older home. Rob was extremely thorough and determined that the chimney was not the source of our problem. We really appreciated his efficiency, but most notably his honesty. Rob then went above and beyond. He offered to help us find the possible leak-which he did!!!!. It is very upsetting having water in a basement and not knowing the source of the leak.
