I went there to buy 4 miserable tiles I paid, then picked my 4 tiles at the back. Once home, I realized that they charged me 8 tiles, I called for a correction, they hung up on me twice, never got my miserable $80 back (or the four tiles). They must be desperate for money or still looking for the 4 tiles.Owner, learn to read. I wrote tiles. You charged for 8 tiles. (Or 16 sqf for your little brain). Keep the $80 and buy a book.

I have been buying counter and flooring for years from this location. Excellent quality and customer service. The selection is modern and not what you see in other stores in the city.

Our experience with MARBLE GRANITE DEPOT was an absolute NIGHTMARE.After purchasing a very expensive “nano quartz” slabs for our new kitchen, and waited almost 3 months to receive them, we quickly realized that product was sub-par in quality. “Stain proof” nano quartz STAINED within the first 24 hours after the installation. After reporting our issues and being patient and understanding for MONTHS, there was no resolution in sight by this supplier. Despite multiple calls and emails, the best they could do is to dispatch one of their sub-trades, who wasn’t even their official representative. He made a few unsuccessful attempts to “clean” the stains. Unfortunately, the “cleaning method” was a major failure, and the stains would re-appear over and over again due to POOR QUALITY of the slabs. Our “stain proof” and “maintenance free” slabs are the WORST PURCHASE we have ever made. If you want to spend THOUSANDS of dollars and receive GARBAGE, from a company that ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT CARE about their customers, and PROVIDES ZERO warranty on their MADE IN CHINA products, than this is a perfect place for you! As well, their “RECOMMENDED” fabricator, BUTCHERED our material in certain spots (photos attached). Do YOURSELF a HUGE favour and do your homework before you select your stone supplier and a fabricator. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, ZERO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS, and ZERO QUALITY. So consider this a ZERO STAR REVIEW - MARBLE GRANITE DEPOT!!!

purchased 3 slabs quartz from them, they sent 3 slabs which none of the slabs match to the order sheet. called them and asking for a return for 1 slab. they refused and very poor services for whoever answer the phone. Good Luck!

Excellent selection and service and customer care by Mr. Robert is fantastic. Has materials in stock, not like ST where you have to wait for 3+ months to get it.

When we renovated our home we went to many other suppliers and found the best quality and service at Marble Granite Depot! Best prices!! Robert offered us his newest Quartz Slab Countertops that look just like natural marble! We are so happy.

i been doing this for over 16 years and never heard of this company before and they over price their material alot more then some of the well known suppliers. they give prices to anyone that calls, thats fine but cannot give fabricator price to anyone. they dont even verify if it a customer or a fabricator. i would never send any customer there or work with them. i never posted any review before but this is bad for business.

I have been dealing with this company for over 15 years and always buy my tiles from them.I have lost count on how many other stores that I have visited and the other tile stores just do not compare (for example, Marble Granite's Blue Pearl granite tile had far more blues than any other store).My 15 year old granite tiles look like I bought them yesterday and I basically take zero care of them.I was so impressed that I used their tiles for another house, 12 years ago, that is located on saltwater in Florida (yes, I shipped the tiles there).A myriad of their tiles has been exposed to some harsh elements (for example, being in 15 inches of saltwater, etc.) and the tiles still looked excellent.I am now in the process of doing a renovation and have already visited Marble Granite Depot several times as I wlll be getting my tiles from there.
