Elements Movement Powell River

Very well balanced teachers providing a beautiful safe space to learn and practice movement and meditation, highly recommend Elements to anyone seeking to improve their yoga or health.

Ancient bank with old wood floors repurposed as a yoga studio. The space is beautiful. I have only seen one teacher here Leyna, and would recommend her but don't know much about the others. Yoga classes are approachable and not too fussy. Suitable for beginner to intermediate.You usually pay online ahead of time and then drop in, there's a monthly rate if you want to go a lot or a variety of prices based on how often you plan to attend. You need a mat, but other equipment is provided.

A life changing place and practice happening at Elements Movement. I'm incredibly grateful for Andrews humble teaching and guidance. His patience, support and knowledge aids to all those wanting to step their fitness to the next level. Elements Movement is more than just a yoga studio, but a place where I can get a good workout in his strength and conditioning movement classes as well. Been enjoying meeting the awesome growing community at the gym, with people of all fitness levels and ages. All this while in a beautiful historic building in Townsite. What a gift to Powell River!!! Thank you Andrew!!
