I had many questions and concerns about my recent issue. I called the clinic and from day 1 I feel I was given the utmost compassion and kindness from the clinic manager Christine. The flagship of the business I am certain. Next Dr. Brouillard with his direct communication gave me the sense of again compassion and honesty which has had positive influence over my situation and stress. I really appreciate the continued care and support..thanks so much..

Male Technician was extremely inconsiderate of my safety.Went in for a routine echocardiogram test and this was my first time ever visiting this location for tests. The technician was a male, (If this field requires a MD then this person was a doctor I don't know for the sake of what I have to say I will call them a technician) I am a young female. When I was told the test would require me to get undressed and put on a hospital gown I requested another female from the staff to be present in the room while the test was run.The technician told me it was too late in the day, all the staff aside from the secretary had all gone home. This made me feel immediately very uncomfortable. I told him it should not be left up to a patient to request another female be present in the room in the procedure required me to be undressed, with a male technician running the test.I went to the secretary to explain how upsetting this technician was to say that I should have requested this ahead of time. I did not know until I had arrived what this test even was. There w a s another female staff member there, who could have attended my appointment had the male tech taken a few extra minutes to simply go and ask. Rather than argue with me.The secretary even clarified arrangements by her could have been made to ensure another female was in the room. This male technician did not care to ensure the safety of his patient was met. Instead he engaged in an argumentative conversation about how this rarely happens and the onus falls on the patient to make these arrangements. I felt extremely uncomfortable and had to reschedule my appointment for a different technician.I am leaving this as a warning to other people, if you would feel more comfortable having someone else attend your appointment, you are in the right to request this and it is the medical office's legal obligation to provide this for you.I am giving two stars to separate this review from others and because the secretary was doing her job properly. It reflects badly that this technician tried to say this was a scheduling error.

I found the experience at this clinic uncomfortable. I was put in a small hallway or storage area that felt like a closet for bp monitoring. It was noisy and people kept passing through. One nurse or doctor came in and discussed a very personal matter with another patient who was also sitting in this closet! This is extremely inappropriate. The doctor I saw had an arrogant and dismissive air about him. I have to go back to this place -- definitely not looking forward to it.

Ultrasound tech inconsiderate of medical-related PTSD. She refused to be accommodating to allow me to be more comfortable. She refused to allow me to wear an item of clothing that would have made me more comfortable and not brought me into a panic. I showed her how it would NOT get in the way of the probe. I could move it around for the probe very easily without hassle. I had done it before at a different clinic without a problem. She still refused because it wasn’t her standard way of doing things. During the appointment I found I ABSOLUTELY could have kept my cotton bralette on, the probe doesn’t go anywhere that was covered by the bra cup or an area could be easily accessed by undoing/moving a strap (which were incredibly thin). I get that there are standard ways of doing things, but you should work with your patients and be flexible with trying a different approach if needed, even if it takes an extra couple of seconds. It can make a world of a difference for people. I was left really upset, uncomfortable and panicked for no reason. I also believe another staff member entered the room during the procedure without announcing it. If you’re doing more sensitive tests as a healthcare provider you NEED to be trauma-informed and have patience and empathy and realize you can use modified approaches for different individuals. You usually get better outcomes when patients are comfortable and can trust.

Following significant by-pass surgery, 25 years ago, I was fortunate to be referred to KHC for follow-up care. Every time I have had an appointment, I have been impressed by the courteous, professional staff who are very timely and efficient in the preliminary tests, etc. On the follow-up, the cardiologist takes plenty of time to assess one's health, ask questions, answer questions, and make recommendations.

Extremely outdated staff who are inconsiderate and don’t listen to your needs, all the way up to the clinic manager Christine Cipolla. If you are a young person and/or have mental health issues, this clinic will be even more dismissive towards you.I was discharged from the clinic without explanation as to why, after waiting a year for an appointment. I attempted to follow up with Christine Cipolla, who has ignored my emails for over 2 months now. They do not seem to care much for clients who enter their practice.

This clinic is lacking a service for those who cannot return a holter monitor within 24 hours. Not everyone has money, an able body, or someone who can transport them. I am disabled and the manager, Christine Cipolla, was extremely rude and belittling toward me when I was unable to find a way to return my monitor within the standard timeframe. I understand the clinic only has so many devices, but that is the reason they should be prepared to retrieve these devices themselves. Be kind and do better.

Very professional staff. This included people attending to my immediate needs, as well as the manager herself. Very considerate. I was made to feel totally comfortable.Gave me piece of mind feeling that I was in very good hands to receive the help that I needed.
