Why is it that when you ask for the free toppings you have to ask 3 and 4 times? I want extra onions put a handfull not 5 or 6 pieces?! I ask for more they put 3 pieces? Also Looking at the containers of the Free Toppings" ít doesnt appear that they rotate the old on top of the new

Polite staff and clean restaurant. The only complaint is the toaster they toast the sub in... every time I am at this location my food is still cold. The last time I was there the employee had a very extreme haircut, not that I have anything against that, I am all for it. When working with food someone with long curly bushy dark hair should be wearing a hairnet? It was not a pleasant suprise to find numerous hairs in my sub.

A few issues with this subway.1. My 10$ salad was less than half full2. I was overcharged3. After explaining I was over charged I received 1$ back when I should have received 3.42$ back because the cashier didn’t want to actually do the math.Let’s do some quick math.I was charged 13.88$ for a sub of the day salad and a bottled pop.The bill should have been 10.46$4.69 - sub price2.50 - make it a salad1.99 - popPlus tax= 10.46$Less than impressed.

Worst experience at this outlet!! The lady who was working there was doing everything by her own! She started putting veggies and sausages on her own and didn’t even asked me! And when i asked her to grill my sub she replied that we can’t use it right now if toaster is working than griller is out of service!! What a lame excuse! If you can’t rum two appliances at same time than it’s not an issue to a customer!And she should ask for every veggie before putting in ! Sub is supposed to be made for us not for her! (6th may,2023 / 4:40pm)

I will star this subway zero if there is an option. This store is having worst staff very rude and offending. They are not making subs with care and taste it was dry and to cold even after toasting it. They will not give you things if it is available then also they will hide it and tell not available. They even denied for grilling and said the machine is not working but the have grilled there on food on it.

A bunch of us wanted a light lunch, so I called this location at 11:28am to see if I could order an assorted platter. Apparently, I had to pre-order the day before, but I was told that I could walk in and order individual sandwiches. I drove to the location, told the staff who I was, and asked for 14 sandwiches.However, I was denied service, which was quite amusing. The manager of this location was only willing to serve me after 1 pm. I was told there wasn't enough bread, yet the bread container was full (as it had been before noon). I asked, What about those breads?" and I was informed that they were for other customers. Sadly

Went here for lunch, and had a great experience. The employee was extremely competent, and very friendly. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. I don’t go to Subway often but I had a great experience at this one.

Terrible experiences at this Subway location. Very inexperienced staff. Bought two 12 inch subs and she didn't even cut them in half. Started to put lettuce on a meatball sub when I didn't ask for it and then proceeded to start to pick it out of the sauce. The staff are very rude. Speaking to each other in their language and not paying attention to the customer. Laughing and joking around. Had to wait about 15 minutes to be served when there was only one person in front of me. Will never visit this store again or any Subway.

All the food holding containers had frost around the edges and the toppings were all half frozen soft and wilted. Not appealing to eat at all. Buns seemed smaller than usual too. The toaster barely even toasted the sub! I've never been so disappointed in a subway sub in my entire life. At least the girl working was excellent and super friendly. But something needs to be done about quality control. Management needs to step in. Fix the frozen toppings issue..turn up the temp. And Make sure the toaster actually toasts!
