Dr. Annette Richard’s two hour pre application of EMLA cream works. Her method for reducing the pain caused by breast injections for sentinel node biopsy was a wonder. I followed her video exactly. Thank you Dr. Richard.

I booked a 15-minute phone call 2 weeks in advance. When the day arrived, I received a number of emails reminding me that Dr Richard will call me. She didn't. After an hour of waiting, I called her and left a voice msg stating my concern about my health and asked her to call me. It has been 6 days since then and I have not received a call nor an email!! If I had known, I would have found another doctor and wouldn't have waited this long. Disappointing!

Dr Annette Richard has been my physician for over 20 yrs. She takes time to explain results and procedures in an extremely caring yet professional way. She listens to health concerns and takes the appropriate action to thoroughly diagnosis and treat.I have never met a more compassionate Dr. She is truly a rare treasure in the medical community.

I was diagnosed with cancer at 24 and I am now 32. Dr. Richard is not only a professional who understands the industry and the profession, but she understands ethical human conduct. She will treat every patient kindly and with the highest respect. Even as a survivor, if I go in with a regular cough or a fever, she will treat it as a priority. I URGE you , male or female, to see her. She is one of the reasons why I am now pursuing this field. The staff, the office, the atmosphere, all of it is 100% delightful. I am very pleased and I Wish her all the best.

During my intake visit and phisical examination I found Dr Richard appeared to be very professional and very human, warm and caring. Since writing that over 8 months ago Dr Richard has disappeared from her practice on Wortley Rd in London without notifying myself and many other patients. Meanwhile her auto-billing app for charging annual fees for her renewing prescriptions with pharmacies whichout an office appointment continues to auto bill with invoices addressed from the closed Wortley Rd address! The whole scenario is unprofessional and feels like a scam to me. She is unresponsive and unreliable and I do not recommend Dr Richard.

Dr Richard told my Mom she had the flu. 3 days later she passed from pancreatic cancer.We have been trying to get her to properly fill out forms for tax purposes. When finally filled them out after apx 7 months. They were done incorrevtly

Doctor Richard is not the kind of individual my partner and I will be going back to. She was incredibly snobby to my partner for asking simple questions. This is a difficult time for us and she didn't seem to care in the least. I understand that seeing this kind of thing so often may desensitize someone, but if you're in this business and your bedside manor is this atrocious I feel heartbroken for anyone else who will see her.

Dr. Richard lacks customer service and empathy. She does not take the time to understand your concerns and is incredibly rude towards her patients. I would never recommend her to anyone as there are plenty of other doctors who will give the care you need.
